Chebsey & Co Offices are now on Google Streetview - March 2010

All three of the Chebsey & Co offices are now on Google Street View as is the majority of the country. If you are not aware of what Street View is, think of it as a way of "virtually" walking down a street from your computer. Street View allows you to see the buildings of a particular area without needing to be there, which help view places that you are not familiar with from the comfort of your computer before you visit them in person.

Limited Company Status - August 2009

From 1 August 2009 Chebsey & Co (a Firm – Principal M. Keith Chebsey) is to convert to Limited Company Status as approved by the Solicitors Regulatory Authority.  The Company name will be Chebsey Law Limited, Registered Office 51 London End, Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire HP9 2HW. A company Registered in England & Wales. Company Registered Number 6920136.  However the Trading Name will remain Chebsey & Co. Keith Chebsey comments,

I am pleased that the business continues to develop for the future benefit of staff and customers.  At the same time as changing to Limited status, Caroline Dunne will join me on the Board of Directors and this change will enable current and future staff to become owners of the business. The last 12 months had already seen significant developments for the Firm: two mergers (Sommer & Company and Wachtel Fox & Co, Solicitors), a change to the IT software, the closing of two smaller premises in Burnham and Farnham Common and amalgamation into much larger premises in Burnham and the Firm’s achieving the Lexcel Practice Law Society accredited Management Standard in June 2009. My staff say ‘enough for a while’! – however they realise that my drive to develop the business further will only be enhanced by the changes on the 1 August”. M. Keith Chebsey 31 July 2009
